Returns & Refunds Policy

Please contact CAMPIR before returning a product. This voluntary policy is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return periods

New products: request a return within 30 days after delivery. Open-box products: request a return within 15 days after delivery. Email contact@campir.ca with your order number and a clear return request.

Return conditions

• Return requested within 30 days after delivery for new products, or 15 days for open-box products.
• In original packaging with supplied components.
• Not personalized, perishable, unsealed where hygiene protection applies, or inseparably combined.

Returning goods

Do not send a return before receiving CAMPIR instructions. Unless defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and risk. Use an insured, trackable service.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method no later than 30 days after receipt.
