Common troubleshooting
Dash cam will not power on
Check the power cable at both ends, confirm the vehicle outlet is active, and restart the vehicle.
Recording does not start
Confirm a compatible card is inserted, format it in the dash cam and verify storage is available.
Rear camera image is missing
Inspect rear-camera cable connections and select the correct front/rear display view.
Display is frozen
Disconnect power safely, wait 30 seconds, reconnect it and use reset if directed.
Wi-Fi network does not appear
Enable Wi-Fi on the dash cam, keep the phone close and refresh available networks.
Phone reports no internet
This is normal: camera Wi-Fi is a local connection and does not provide internet.
Videos will not download
Stay connected to dash-cam Wi-Fi, keep the app open and retry while safely parked.
GPS information is unavailable
Confirm the GPS accessory is connected and allow a clear view of the sky.
S-17 WI-FI & APP SETUP
Connect the S-17 to VIIDURE
- Install the official VIIDURE app.
- Enable Wi-Fi from S-17 settings.
- Connect your phone to the S-17 network using the password shown by the camera.
- Return to VIIDURE while remaining connected.

Memory card troubleshooting
Card is not recognized
Power off the device, reinsert the card and confirm the device supports its capacity and format.
Recording stops unexpectedly
Back up files, format the card inside the dash cam and confirm loop recording is enabled.
Card reports full
Save required footage, unlock protected files and format the card in the recording device.
